Forni terminal building (close to Bank of Valletta Branch). A small area situated by the entrance and exit point of the Cruise Liner Terminal. The operation should complement the Cruise Liner business but not conflict with the other retail premises which are currently operating from our destination. The operation within these premises will serve for Cruise passengers, employees at the Valletta Waterfront + Cruise Staff (similar to the departure lounge at MIA) as it is not situated directly on the promenade. The space within is that of 18.06 sq mtrs and is being leased out in a finished state with electricity and ready to move into. Due to the fact that the space is limited, one could make use of the public bathrooms across the room (2 mtrs away).
