INFORMATION:
Regus ‘serviced offices’ have 24/7 access 7 days a week, are fully furnished together with IT (both cable & wifi) and telephony (telephone sets & dedicated telephone lines). Front desk services are also included from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm. We are situated on the 5th and 6th floors of the Dragonara Business Centre in Paceville, St Julian’s and on the 2nd floor at the Tower Business Centre in Swatar. Both Centres have approx 250sqm of common area, come equipped with fully stocked kitchens and dining area, meeting rooms, a phone booth (St Julian’s), a server room, bathrooms, a shower room (St Julian’s) and a service area with a multifunction printer.
The monthly ‘all-inclusive’ fee covers rent, service charge, taxes, maintenance, repairs, utilities, cleaning, building insurance, set-up & activation fees, telephone sets with dedicated telephone lines, internet and wifi, access to the kitchens and also reception duties where required, such as phone answering, handling of all post (regular, registered and courier) and welcoming visitors. We also have a free-to-use Community Meeting Room. The only exclusions are consumables such as phone calls, photocopies and coffee. Pay-as-you-go Meeting Room facilities are also available.
AVAILABILTY:
Since our business model is built around both short and long term leases, if the specific office-size requested is not immediately available, the likelihood is that we will have such offices available in the near future and for the interim period we can accommodate clients in smaller / larger offices until their preferred Office is available. Clients can also relocate internally should their need to expand or downsize arises.
