Selective Quality Letting Ltd was established in September 2001, by the present Shareholder and Managing Director namely Joseph Sullivan (Council Member of the Federation of Estate Agents, Malta), who is active in the day to day running of the business. The Company is now based at our newly opened premises on the St. Julian’s seafront, better known as one of Malta’s Elite Cities.

Our office is equipped with the latest software applications and most important a friendly environment, thus enabling us to offer all our clients an efficient and reliable Quality Service. Better known as SQL Real Estate Agents Malta, we are active members of the Federation of Estate Agents and The Malta Chamber of Commerce.

Within the last years SQL Real Estate Agents has managed to excel in the Letting Industry in Malta and today we are proud to say that SQL has become a major player in the Real Estate Letting market and we boast one of Malta’s largest letting data base. We have based our business on customer service and customer satisfaction and we strongly believe that our efforts have proved us right.
