Last weekend Fine & Country enjoyed a phenomenal winning 'double' at the International Property Awards for best estate agency. The UK's leading luxury property brand won the much coveted Best UK Estate Agency Marketing FIVE STAR award and then surpassed even that by taking on some of the leading estate agency organisations in the world, and then winning Best International Estate Agency Marketing sponsored by Bloomberg Television.

And as if that wasn't enough, this weekend Fine & Country was at it again taking the ultimate accolades in its class at the UK's premier property Awards sponsored by the Sunday Times and the Times winning gold in the Best Marketing and Best Prestige Estate Agency categories.

The event was held at London's stunning Lancaster Hotel and was attended by over 500 delegates representing many of the elite of the estate agency profession in the UK and supported by some of the profession's best known and high profile suppliers.

The judging of the awards was chaired by The Property Ombudsman with the backing of the NAEA and NFOPP, and comprised a selection of highly experienced property professionals and experts including leading estate agents.

"In the space of a week, we have been recognised as the best of the best in the four outstanding property awards in our profession" said a positively beaming Mike Bidwell, Chief Operating Officer of Fine & Country UK.

In the marketing category, Fine & Country were not only commended for the clever use of specifically tailored marketing tools but also in the approach to lifestyle marketing described by the judges as 'a shining example to the rest'. The gold for best prestige estate agency was, in the panel's opinion, testimony to high standards in every aspect of the business as well as unrivalled consistency delivering a 'superlative prestige service'

Asked to sum up what this unprecedented success meant to the brand, Mike added "These two gold medals are in many ways, the perfect combination - the marketing award reflects the quality of the superb team which supports our network of agents worldwide whilst the prestige award is a measure of the quality of our fantastic estate agents who lead the market in terms of their dedication to providing the very best service and their commitment to obtaining the best possible result for our clients".
