Selective Quality Letting Ltd was established in September 2001, by the present Shareholder and Managing Director namely Joseph Sullivan, who is active in the day to day running of the business. The Company is now based at our newly opened premises on the St. Julian's seafront, better known as one of Malta's Elite Cities.

Our office is equipped with the latest software applications and most important a friendly environment, thus enabling us to offer all our clients an efficient and reliable Quality Service. Better known as SQL Real Estate Agents, we are active members of the Federation of Estate Agents and The Malta Chamber of Commerce.

Within the last years SQL Real Estate Agents has managed to excel in the Letting Industry in Malta and today we are proud to say that SQL has become a major player in the Real Estate Letting market and we boast one of Malta's largest letting inventory. We have based our business on customer service and customer satisfaction and thus believe that our efforts have proved us right.

Following the excellent results achieved in the Letting industry in Malta, we have focused on Property Sales and here again our professionalism is proving that our Sales department is growing rapidly, thus confirming that SQL can offer clients a vast range of services, where once again Customer Satisfaction is always on the forefront of our business.

Further complimenting the success we have had throughout the years, SQL is now a member of the Professional Guild of Estate Agents and it adheres to its code of conduct. We are also very proud to represent the highly prestigious, award winning FINE & COUNTRY real estate brand, with over 600 offices worldwide.

To further our commitment towards our clients and the Industry, we consistently offer clients professional real estate advisory services and unlimited assistance throughout the whole process, and beyond.
